We are trusted by over 50,000 patients every month. Here's what they have to say.
My provider is great, very attentive and a great listener. This app makes my life so much easier and convenient when it comes to keeping up with my health.
I find the staff and doctors to be very friendly and helpful. Going with Circle Medical has made treatment for ADHD so much easier for me!
I love my provider and the app. This all made it really easy to take care of myself and my body again. I also love that every provider is LGBTQ affirming and it makes a big difference.
Circle Medical has finally given me access to the kind of care that not only works best for me, but also cares about me.
Because I felt very heard and wasn’t embarrassed or shamed for needing to look into ADD medication in my 30s.
Extremely convenient! The provider I had was extremely empathetic, thorough, and listened. No more worrying about finding time to drive to the doctors.
I have been helped in every aspect of the word.
I work in concrete finishing, & have very little time during my week. Circle makes it possible for me to still be able to see a provider. Absolutely ESSENTIAL service!!
It was amazingly fast to get an appointment compared to the wait times in my area for a mental health professional. The provider I am seeing is very personable and I feel like she understands me and always gives me opportunities for questions. I have never felt judged. I have used the chat support and received a response much faster than most doctors offices.
The entire process was so easy and user friendly. I felt extremely comfortable speaking with my provider, she answered all of my questions with ease. Many were answered before I ever asked. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need.
Very good experience so far. My provider has been very wonderful -- very attentive and easy to talk to.
I’m so happy that medical and mental health care accessibility has finally caught up to our “new normal” schedules and lifestyles. I’ve had an incredibly helpful provider for the past 3 months and every appointment has been exactly to-the-minute on time, professional, and convenient. I truly feel the care and helpfulness she has for me during our appointments, and I’m sure many others as well. Thank you Circle Medical for providing healthcare that doesn’t require me taking hours off of work to drive to and sit in a waiting room for a simple routine follow up/check in appointment every month. 10/10 quality care and reliability. I can’t thank you enough.
It has been a good experience for me. If I have any friends or family members who are looking for ADHD help, I will recomment Circle Medical.
They have made this service so easy and convenient. Communication is thorough, and their team of professionals are polite, efficient, compassionate, and clearly passionate about their work.
It was a very personal and safe experience that made me feel absolutely comfortable talking about my personal problems and helping me find a solution.
Awesome providers. They take time to actually listen to your symptoms and things you’re dealing with instead of pushing certain medications.
Appointments were easy to book and so convenient. It’s taken months for me to try and find good healthcare in my rural area. This has been a way for me to find quality care that works with my schedule.
Very quick availability; very thorough and compassionate providers; easy to navigate the app; health insurance accepted and no hidden fees.
The provider listened, understood, and helped. Everything you look for. The appointment was convenient. I’m scheduling an appointment for my husband!
Easy to use. Friendly provider. Easy to explain symptoms without judgement.
Has always been super helpful! The video conferencing capability is wonderful. I've actually gotten help with eczema and the provider was able to confirm and treat without a problem.
It is quick and convenient, especially compared to traditional healthcare.
Great service, This is very ideal for a person who can not make time to go see a doctor at a clinic.
Amazing care with exceptional convenience! Telehealth should be much more mainstream. I'm very glad to have found Circle Medical.
Circle Medical has been absolutely amazing to me. I have been a patient at Circle Medical for about 7 months now and the experience has just been awesome. From day 1 I have been welcomed with open arms. I do video visits right in the comfort of my own home, how convenient is that? My provider is awesome, so sweet and comforting and motivating.
Circle Medical staff and my provider have been incredibly responsive and helpful, particularly with navigating issues with finding pharmacies supplying my prescription.
The whole process is so simple to use! This includes the new patient registration to the visits. The provider is absolutely a gem! The entire team is amazing. I recommend this service to everyone. For me, this is helpful due to my erratic schedule working in various rural Emergency Departments...I can take my appointment with me.
I have had nothing but a great experience all around. The providers are great and the online staff has been helpful every time I’ve needed anything.
The entire experience so far has been amazing, uplifting, and has given me a new lease on life. Anyone who is seeking the same medical care as I was should feel completely confident in Circle Medical, and their amazing staff.
They have been beyond helpful. All of the staff have been kind and considerate and always get back to me in a timely manner. They have helped so much. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
This is a marvelous service, it has significantly helped me with my medical needs and my new PCP is amazing!
My provider is great and I feel like she really cares about my well-being as a person. She listens to any concerns I have and takes me seriously.
Quick, kind and professional in communicating with me.
I always feel heard and comfortable during my appointments.
My provider is very attentive and always ask me the right questions that fit my issues. I love the communication the whole facility has even if its not my provider, someone is always there to help me when I have questions! 10/10!
I love the convenience of the app. My provider is wonderful. I feel like I’m receiving the best care I’ve ever received.
There was no waiting list. They accept a wide variety of insurance. I felt like I was heard and the provider was very non-judgmental.
Very professional service, extremely convenient and has greatly improved my life. Saves me very intimidating visits to regular doctors that don’t take into consideration modern day issues or considerations. I feel taken care of but also understood.
Fantastic providers and communication. Ease of use, virtual appointments, on-time for every appointment. They are quick and thorough.
I love my provider. She is always on time, very knowledgeable about the medications and my condition and always answers all my questions.
As your new medical home, we see you when you’re sick, but also when you’re well, so we can help develop a preventive plan to keep you that way. We play nice with the rest of the healthcare system and take care of your prescriptions, lab orders and referrals. What We Treat
Choose a provider you can connect with. Our physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners are all primary care providers with one goal: getting to know what makes you unique and guiding you on your journey towards achieving and maintaining optimal health.View Providers
For the times when you need to be seen in person, we have a growing network of physical clinics that integrate seamlessly with the Circle Medical app and your medical records. Say goodbye to paperwork or waiting around for your appointment to start.View Locations
Virtual appointments allow our patients to see their providers in the comfort of their own homes. Our providers are also able to offer more flexible hours beyond what in-person doctor’s offices provide.
If any in-person care is needed, such as bloodwork, vaccinations, or other testing, our providers are able to send the appropriate request to a nearby lab. Results will be integrated with our HIPAA-compliant mobile app so that patients have access to all of their medical records in one secure place.
For those with insurance, cost will depend on the specific type of care you receive and the coverage of your insurance plan. We provide a cost estimate based on each patient’s insurance plan when they book an appointment.
For those without insurance, we provide the self-pay costs of each appointment when a patient is booking their appointment.
To see our list of currently available states, begin booking an appointment.
You must be currently residing in the state of treatment as well as have your primary pharmacy be in that same state in order to be a patient at our practice.
Our ADHD providers are primary care providers (MDs/DOs, NPs, and PAs) who have received specialized training for ADHD intake. They are trained by psychiatrists to ensure a high standard of care, but they are not psychiatrists themselves.
Although it is a commonly accepted practice for many primary care providers to refer their patients to psychiatrists for ADHD diagnosis and treatment, primary care providers are actually also able to diagnose and treat mild to moderate forms of ADHD themselves. If you have mild to moderate ADHD, you can benefit from having your ADHD managed by your primary care provider at Circle while getting access to all of the general practitioner services you would find at your normal doctor's office.
More complex cases will require psychiatrists to diagnose. We encourage you to please read through this entire FAQ to make sure our practice is a good fit for your needs before you book a medical appointment with a provider.
Our goal as a primary care practice is to make behavioral healthcare more accessible and integrated with primary care. However, primary care has its limitations and this means that receiving behavioral health treatment through Circle Medical is not for everybody. Please read the following carefully to understand whether Circle Medical may be a good fit for you.
You are a good candidate for receiving a comprehensive ADHD assessment and/or ADHD treatment through Circle Medical if:
- You have never had an ADHD diagnosis before but have always suspected you may have mild to moderate ADHD
- You have had an ADHD diagnosis (with a dosage of less than 60mg/day of a stimulant if on a stimulant treatment plan) as a child but have not taken medication for it in months/years and are noticing the effects on your work and/or personal life
- You have a current ADHD diagnosis (with a dosage of less than 60mg/day of a stimulant if you are on a stimulant treatment plan) and are on a treatment plan with another practice, but would like to explore switching over your treatment to Circle Medical
Circle Medical is a primary care practice, which means that we are not able to treat more complex cases of ADHD/ADD. Circle is not a good fit for you if:
- You require a controlled stimulant dosage of over 60mg/day
- You are regularly taking benzodiazepines for other treatment (such as Klonopin or Xanax)
- You are regularly taking opioids for other treatment
- You have a more complex mental health history that may require psychiatric expertise in order to treat safely (this can include hospitalizations related to mental health and/or having bipolar disorder)
Yes, we write prescriptions for controlled substances. Your provider will determine the appropriate treatment for you.
As a primary care practice, we do have a maximum dose of 60mg/day of most stimulant treatments. Most of our patients require a much smaller dosage for effective treatment. If you have a previous treatment plan of greater than 60mg/day, our practice will not be a good fit for you.
Please note: we also prescribe non-stimulant treatment plans depending on what would be best for each individual case.
We provide a cost estimate when you are booking your appointment. For those with insurance, your actual cost is determined after we submit the insurance claim for your appointment. Once we submit the claim, insurance companies will pay for a portion of the appointment and pass on any remaining cost to you. Once we know what this cost is, we will update you with an invoice within the app.
For those with insurance, it typically takes 1-3 weeks for the insurance claim to be processed. Once processed, we’ll send you an invoice within the app with any remaining costs. You can then opt to pay through the app, or we will automatically charge the payment card on file after 48 hours of sending you the invoice.
For those without insurance (or with out of network insurance), we will send you the invoice 1-2 days after your appointment is completed. You can then opt to pay through the app, or we will automatically charge the payment card on file after 48 hours of sending you the invoice.
The first intake appointment is 30 minutes. Follow-up appointments are 20 minutes each.
We accept over 1,500+ insurance plans. We cover most of the major PPO insurance companies (payors) across the United States. The best way to confirm coverage of your insurance plan is to begin booking an appointment on our website or via our mobile app. During the booking process, you’ll be prompted to enter your insurance information for a real-time verification of your insurance plan.
The best way to confirm your insurance plan coverage is to call the Member Services phone number on the back of your insurance card. If needed, you can reference our Tax ID#: 474883537 and our NPI: 1134596091. Once you are able to confirm your coverage and your primary care copay costs, you can use the in-app chat to message our team with the information. We’ll then follow up with confirmation.
Your per-appointment costs are set by your insurance plan. If the costs seem high, you may be on a high deductible health plan (HDHP). This means that you have an annual out-of-pocket amount that you must pay on healthcare in a given year before your insurance plan will cover more of your per-appointment costs.
If you are on an HDHP and have confirmed your insurance information in our mobile app, your remaining deductible for the year will be displayed on the “Book Appointment” page. Note that this amount may be outdated if you have had recent insurance claims processed.
