You are welcome to park anywhere in the parking lot including the top landing and in the parking garage undnerneath the building free of charge.
Enter through the upper landing doors at the top of the steps. Silverdale Wellness Center is located on the left of the room when you enter into the lobby.
Please take the elevators to the main level. Wellness space will be to the left.
Please check in at the front desk with the receptionist, let them know you are there to see your Circle Medical privider. Give them your providers name and your name and then have a seat in the waiting area.
All patients must check in and wait in the waiting area for privacy and security purposes.
