A sleep evaluation is for people who feel that a lack of sleep or poor sleep quality is affecting their ability to lead a healthy and productive life. During your first 30-minute sleep video appointment, your provider will assess your symptoms and medical history, discuss factors that may be affecting your sleep, and recommend next steps.
What concerns can be evaluated?
Your provider can evaluate concerns related to:
- Sleep apnea
- Insomnia
- Sleep-related headaches
- Depression
- Anxiety
How will I be assessed?
The first step is to book a sleep video appointment. You will discuss your symptoms and medical history with your provider, who will recommend a personalized care plan. If a sleep study or specialist evaluation is appropriate, your provider can refer you to an external sleep specialist or testing facility.
What happens after my appointment?
Your provider will explain their recommendations and help you understand the next steps. If you are referred for a sleep study or specialist care, you can schedule that care with the external provider and follow up with your Circle Medical provider as needed.
