What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider? Agnes Leung is a board certified Physician Assistant trained at USC Keck School of Medicine's Primary Care Physician Assistant Program. She previously worked in the skilled nursing facility setting for 2 years practicing physical medicine in rehabilitation, a specialty focusing on treating neuromuscular conditions in a team based centered approach. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? She believes healthcare is best delivered through compassion, education, active listening and shared decision-making - all of which help to form achievable and meaningful patient centered goals!
