Jennie Hoke became a physician assistant after returning from a trip to Kenya, where she volunteered teaching health and wellness at the Ushindi Children’s Home. She says volunteering in the community is an important value. “I care deeply for my patients’ health goals and seek to partner with them creating a holistic care plan,” she says. Jennie earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Seattle Pacific University. She earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Ore. She is interested in the fields of family practice and dermatology. An Oregon native, Jennie enjoys gardening and hiking with her husband and sons during her free time.
