How to check-in for your appointment:

Thank you for booking your Circle Medical appointment!

Please note: the Circle Medical app is required to attend your appointment.

To complete account setup and attend your appointment:

1. Install the Circle Medical app on your phone or tablet using the links in the footer below, or by searching for "Circle Medical" in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store
2. Sign in using the email address you used to book your appointment
3. Complete account setup including verifying your ID, insurance, and adding a payment method
