I enjoy working with adults who embrace lifestyle management and optimization alongside CBT and prescription medication to improve their mental wellness and health.
I am a certified Family Medicine provider with over ten years of experience in the healthcare industry. I am a passionate advocate for preventative and lifestyle medicine in managing mental health, chronic diseases and health optimization. I earned my Bachelors of Science & Education and my Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at GVSU. I have extensive education and experience in functional & lifestyle medicine. I am an active member of the Institute for Functional Medicine, The American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and The American Academy of Physicians Assistants. In my free time, I enjoy spinning & rowing training, and I love hosting and cooking for my friends and family.
To improve mental wellness and overall health, I typically work with patients using a tailored approach that may include looking at diet, exercise, sleep, positive social interactions, addressing substance dependency, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and prescription medication.
