What if I need in-person testing or examinations?

If any in-person care is needed, such as bloodwork, vaccinations, or specialist referrals, our providers are able to send the appropriate requests to a nearby lab and submit specialist referrals. Results will be integrated with our HIPAA-compliant mobile app so that patients have access to all of their medical records in one secure place.

What states do you operate in?

To see our list of currently available states, begin booking an appointment. You must be currently residing in the state of treatment as well as have your primary pharmacy be in that same state in order to be a patient at our practice.

Will I need a follow-up appointment in order to review my lab results?

You will receive your blood work results in the Circle Medical App, once they are received from your chosen lab location. Then your provider will send your results, along with a description of your findings, on the App in further detail. In most cases, if your blood work is completely normal, then you would follow up with your provider as previously discussed. However, if your blood work has some abnormalities then we recommend following up with your provider during a visit to discuss these results in more detail and create a custom treatment plan for you.

How long are wellness exam appointments?

The first intake appointment is 30 minutes. Follow-up appointments are 15 minutes each.

Does my provider accept my insurance?

Our practice accepts a wide range of commercial insurances. Please note that individual providers may be in-network with different insurances, and we are unable to accept certain plan types based on our insurance contracts. To confirm if we accept your insurance, you can go through our insurance verification during the appointment booking process, or on our mobile or web apps.

How much will my appointment cost if I’m using insurance?

We will provide a cost estimate at booking, although there are cases where insurance will not provide real-time benefit information. Your final out-of-pocket cost is determined after we submit a claim to your insurance, and is based on the details of your insurance plan. For an exact estimate of your cost, we always recommend contacting your insurance directly.

How does billing work?

If you choose to self-pay, you will be sent an invoice shortly after your provider finalizes your appointment summary (typically within two days). Any balances that are not paid within 48 hours of invoice notice will be charged to your default payment method on file. If you choose to bill your appointment to insurance, it typically takes 4-6 weeks for your insurance to process your claim and return your out-of-pocket cost, including any applicable deductibles, co-pays, and/or coinsurance. The amount on the invoice should reflect the balance that is owed after your insurance has paid its share. You will be sent an invoice letting you know of an upcoming charge for your out-of-pocket cost. Any balances that are not paid within 48 hours of invoice notice will be charged to your default payment method on file.
