Can my sinus symptoms be evaluated through a virtual visit?

Yes. Many sinus-related concerns can be assessed during a video appointment. Your provider will review your symptoms and help determine whether your condition can be managed virtually or if additional in-person care or specialist evaluation may be recommended.

Do I need urgent care for a sinus infection?

Not always. Many mild to moderate sinus infections can be evaluated and treated through telehealth.Seek immediate in person care at a local ER if you have severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, including swelling around the eyes, lips or mouth, worsening fever, vision changes, difficulty breathing, confusion, or severe headache.

Can Circle Medical help address underlying causes of recurring sinus symptoms?

Yes. In addition to treating sinus symptoms, providers can evaluate related conditions that may contribute to recurring issues, such as allergies, upper respiratory infections, or other common health concerns. Your care plan will be tailored to your individual needs.

How soon will I receive my prescriptions?

If treatment is appropriate, prescriptions can often be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy shortly after your appointment. Availability may vary depending on your pharmacy and location.

Can Circle Medical providers help with other health concerns?

Yes. Primary care providers can address a wide range of common health concerns, helping you manage both acute symptoms and ongoing healthcare needs through one convenient care experience.

What if I need in-person testing or examinations?

If in-person care is needed, your provider can help coordinate appropriate testing, imaging, or a specialist referral. Results can be integrated with our HIPAA-compliant app so your records remain accessible in one secure place.

What states do you operate in?

To see our list of currently available states, begin booking an appointment. You must be currently residing in the state of treatment and have your primary pharmacy in that same state.

How long are appointments?

Standard video appointments are 30 minutes. Other appointment type lengths may vary.

Does my provider accept my insurance?

Our practice accepts a wide range of commercial insurances. Please note that individual providers may be in-network with different insurances, and we are unable to accept certain plan types based on our insurance contracts. To confirm if we accept your insurance, you can go through our insurance verification during the appointment booking process, or on our mobile or web apps.

How much will my appointment cost if I’m using insurance?

Visits cost $35 on average with insurance. We will provide a cost estimate at booking, although there are cases where insurance will not provide real-time benefit information. Your final out-of-pocket cost is determined after we submit a claim to your insurance, and is based on the details of your insurance plan. Book an appointment and enter your insurance information to get an estimate before you confirm. For the most accurate estimate, call the number on the back of your insurance card.

How does billing work?

If you choose to self-pay, you will be sent an invoice shortly after your provider finalizes your appointment summary (typically within two days). Any balances that are not paid within 48 hours of invoice notice will be charged to your default payment method on file. If you choose to bill your appointment to insurance, it typically takes 4-6 weeks for your insurance to process your claim and return your out-of-pocket cost, including any applicable deductibles, co-pays, and/or coinsurance. The amount on the invoice should reflect the balance that is owed after your insurance has paid its share. You will be sent an invoice letting you know of an upcoming charge for your out-of-pocket cost. Any balances that are not paid within 48 hours of invoice notice will be charged to your default payment method on file.
