Transcription terms and conditions

The Practice "Circle Medical" or your provider may record (audio and video) all or part of your interaction with the practice ("Recordings"). By participating in a telehealth appointment with a Circle Medical provider, you consent to the recording and transcription of that appointment. Such Recordings are used for quality assurance and training purposes, to better deliver to you the services, and to help Circle Medical improve its services. Circle Medical may also use these Recordings and transcriptions for purposes of treatment, payment, and health care operations, including creating progress notes, improving clinical workflows, and training certain artificial intelligence tools that improve and support patient care. If Circle Medical uses your information for purposes that go beyond these use cases, such use will only occur with your separate authorization. By accessing and using the Circle Medical website and patient platform, you agree and consent to such Recordings for the purposes and uses set forth in here and as otherwise set forth in Circle Medical's Privacy Policies.
