Directions to Circle Medical Office

From the Elevator Lobby & Patient Waiting Area

When you enter the lobby, take the stairs or the elevator on your right to the 2nd floor. Once on the 2nd floor, go to your right. Continue to bear right and follow the hallway around till you reach Room 220. You can also take the stairs directly up to the 2nd floor as well.

Patient Check-in Instructions

Patients will check in with the front desk receptionist or by scanning the QR code. The patients will then have a seat in the waiting area across from the desk. The provider must retrieve each patient, as they are not allowed to return to the office on their own.

All patients must check in and wait in the waiting area for privacy and security purposes.

There is a women's and men's bathroom located separately in the main lobby on your right just past the mail station. There is also a women's and men's bathroom located separately in the hallway on the second floor to the right just off of the elevator on your way to the Circle Medical office.
