You can park in the parking lot in front of the building free of charge unless otherwise stated.
When you enter the building you can take the elevator that is straight ahead on your left or the stairs to the second floor.
When you get to the second floor, walk straight out of the elevator towards the hallway ahead on the right, walk past the stairs, and the Intelligent office will be the first door on your right side, suite 253.
When you reach the top of the stairs, take a right. The Intellignetoffice suite will be the first set of doors on your right side, suite 253.
Please check in at the front desk with the receptionist, and let them know you are there to see your Circle Medical provider. Let them know who your provider is, and give them your first name and initial to your last name. After your check-in is complete, please have a seat in the waiting area and wait for your provider to come to get you.
All patients must check in and wait in the waiting area for privacy and security purposes.
