Public transportation is highly encouraged as minimal street parking is available. The available street parking is paid to park and can be used at the patient expense. There are local garages in the area as well that can also be used but at the patient expense.
You will receive a PIN (virtual key) that you will need to use when you arrive at the Expansive building and enter it into their call box. The PIN will be sent to you the day before your appointment via a message in your Circle Mediacal App and will only work for the day of your appointment (you may also receive it the day of).
Tap the “Virtual Key” button on the intercom, enter the 6-digit PIN code provided, and press “enter” to open the door.
Once in the building, take the elevators to the 2nd floor (there will be signs giving you directions). Once on the 2nd floor you can go to your right or left, there are two waiting areas. In both waiting areas you can find the QR code that can be scanned with your phone that will allow you to check in on your app, and then have a seat in the blue chairs or the waiting area near the vaulted conference room.
All patients must check in and wait in the waiting area for privacy and security purposes.
