What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider? My journey began with the intention of providing care to the vulnerable and to address healthcare inequities. This has not changed and is just as pertinent, if not more, today. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? My role is to provide well rounded health care. This includes physical and behavioral health. You cannot have one without the other. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I am a woman with purpose and have always dedicated my life to my children, family, community and learned to include, self. I find time to dance and to watch sports.
