In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? As a nurse practitioner in primary care, I believe that my role is to provide a collaborative environment between myself and my patients in which we work together on preventative care methods and develop a safe and effective treatment plan when needed. What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider? I am passionate about being a healthcare provider because I can have a positive effect on the healthcare system.
