Tell us what makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider. Growing up in the East Bay as a child of refugees, I’ve always felt the need to give back to my community and those that are going through vulnerable times. I love helping others stay on top of their preventative health and medical goals, so that they can lead a prosperous life. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? Primary care providers should be one of the main advocates for a patient’s health needs. They should assist with addressing these health needs, as well as coordinating care for the patient so that their issues can be treated and solved. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? On my spare time, I like to enjoy family outings with my family and friends. I love learning about new cultures and their history, so I love to travel around the world.
