I am very passionate about providing comprehensive care for my patients, ensuring to address their physical health, mental health and evaluate lifestyle choices to help guide patients to reach their healthcare goals. I thoroughly enjoy and feel honored to work with my patients to help them reach their fullest potential. I also love watching patients grow and become empowered to take control of their health. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? I believe the role of a primary care provider is to approach the patient as a whole and ensure they feel understood and heard. This can be a vulnerable time for patients and it's important to meet patients where they are at with kindness and empathy. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? Outside of work, I love to get outside and be active. Name an activity and I am there. I love hiking, tennis, and yoga. I also enjoy the mountains and go snowboarding whenever I can in the winter. Reading and podcasts are also things I enjoy. I love to learn.
