Behavioral health and physical health are intertwined in the same health puzzle. As humans, we are mind, body, and spirit so we need to address all those areas in order to thrive. I love to spend time outdoors doing things like hiking and kayaking. In my spare time, you can find me reading a good book in the shade or tending to plants who need some love.
