Check-in: Insurance Scanning
The fastest way get your details - and images of your card - on file.
Several actions, such as submitting a referral for a specialist - require us to have images of the front and back of your insurance card. By asking for it during the check in process, we can have these on hand so there is no delay in care.
How it works

Book an appointment with one of our 70+ qualified providers.

Download the app on Android or iOS and log in with the email you used to book your appointment. You will be prompted to create a password to secure your account.

During check in, you will be asked to scan your insurance card. Follow the prompt on the phone to center your card on in the frame, and then confirm the details on the following screen.

If for any reason the scan is unsuccessful, we may ask you at a later date via chat to send pictures of your card. You can also upload images directly through the account page, which can be accessed at any time by pressing the account icon in the top right corner of the screen.
