Joining Your Appointment
How to sign in to a video call with your provider.
How it works
Book an appointment with one of our 70+ qualified providers.
Download the app on Android or iOS and log in with the email you used to book your appointment. You will be prompted to create a password to secure your account.
On the day of your appointment, we will send a series of reminders for your upcoming visit.
5 minutes before the appointment starts, we will send a link to join the appointment via the in-app chat. Tap this link and zoom will open on your phone. If you don’t have zoom, you will be prompted to download the app.

Important note
If you show up to your appointment later than 10 minutes after it starts, you will be charged a $50 non-refundable no show fee. This fee also applies if you cancel your appointment within 4 hours of it starting.
