Public transportation is highly encouraged as minimal parking is available. If you do need available parking, there is a paid parking garage attached to the building that costs $20 a day and can be used at your expense, 2 hours of free parking at the Civic Center across the street, or paid street parking.

There is a parking garage attached to the building that closes strictly at 6 pm (don’t get locked in!). The parking rate is $20 a day (no hourly available) and is to be used at your own discretion and expense.
When you enter the lobby of the building, make your way to the elevators. Take the elevators to the third floor and exit left when you have reached the third floor. After you exit the elevator to the left, you will see the CM Clinic diagonally from the elevators.
Please check in at the front desk with the receptionist, give them your providers name and your name and then have a seat in the waiting area.
All patients must check in and wait in the waiting area for privacy and security purposes.
