Being a healthcare provider is incredibly fulfilling for Charles because he gets to make a real difference in people's lives. It is truly amazing to hear and see how much patients have improved and feel better. As primary care providers (PCPs), Charles and his colleagues are the first line in healthcare that patients reach out to for advice and treatment. They are health coaches, taking a holistic look at what patients need physically and mentally. Based on assessments, knowledge, and collaboration, they offer the right treatment and, when appropriate, facilitate finding specialists. When Charles is not at work, he can be found strumming his guitar, hanging out with his family, exploring new places, camping under the stars, or taking a relaxing motorcycle ride. He also loves getting into DIY projects around the house and adding a little extra charm to his home renovations.
