What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider? I enjoy health care. I think it is important to have a good rapport with your provider so you develop a trusting relationship. The best medical care is provided with a good relationship. I enjoy working with people and being able to help them live a healthy lifestyle. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? I feel the primary care provider should support preventive care and teach healthy lifestyle choices. The PCP identifies and treats medical conditions as well as recommends referrals as needed. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I am a free spirited adventurous person. I enjoy hiking, traveling and being active. My next adventure will be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
