I am a board certified family physician who specializes in the management and prevention of chronic diseases such as hypertension, high cholesterol, insulin resistance, fatigue, and obesity to name a few. I focus on a 360 model of optimizing lifestyle with diet and exercise education as well as medical optimization personalized for each and every individual I see.
