What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider? I love building relationships with my patients which foster trust and understanding so we can work together to achieve the healthiest lifestyle, mentally and physically. Through my years of primary care experience, I have enjoyed educating my patients and working with them to attain their goals. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? I feel that primary care should be a partnership between the provider and patient working together to achieve healthy goals. Listening to the patient and understanding where they are coming from is an important part of the primary care provider’s role. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? When I’m not caring for patients, you can find me and my husband attending our children's hockey games and competitive dance / pom performances in the area. I also love to read, travel, scuba dive, and spin workouts.
