Tell us what makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider. I am passionate about being a healthcare provider due to the change it drives in the lives of my patients. I am encouraged to work every day because I know I am supporting the health improvement of my patients. I enjoy working with the patient to come up with individualized treatment plans and modalities to better their health and well-being. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? A primary care provider should have the role of a patient advocate for both physical and behavioral health. The PCP should listen to each patient and let them explain their health concerns and then make an appropriate diagnosis and come up with a collaborative treatment plan. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? In my spare time, I enjoy watching sports and playing video games. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
