The FAQ was particularly helpful in understanding how the tele-medicine approach works, and what I needed to do on my end. The app is user friendly, it was straightforward to set-up my account. I like that all of the necessary actions can be done via the app. The intake interview went smoothly with my health care provider. She was professional, polite and thorough. I feel that I received an accurate evaluation.

For a long time it was hard to find a provider I trusted, and the ones around here are short and rude. So I stopped going to get medical care unless it was an emergency. But this has brought faith back into me that medical field is not just all about money and looking to get people in and out as quick as possible, and now not having to sit in waiting rooms that possibly could spread illness and can do it online is absolutely amazing. I’ve come to my provider with 3 different issues and so far she’s been very receptive to all 3. The assistants are very fast to respond by chat in the app to any medication questions, billing questions and scheduling questions I’ve had. I adore not having to drag my kids to the babysitters to go to my PCP for every little issue.
