What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider? I am most passionate about being able to connect and build long term relationships with my patients. As a healthcare provider it brings me joy to provide patients comfort and care knowing their healthcare needs will be addressed. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? Primary Care Providers should really understand their patients' diverse medical needs. They are the person they turn to in order to prevent certain chronic conditions and to manage things that may come up in their daily lives. The PCP-patient relationship is an important one, and every patient should have that provider they feel comfortable with. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I am a warm, compassionate person who loves to laugh and socialize. In my spare time I love to check out local food festivals, explore green spaces in NYC, and travel the world.
