What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider? When I was 13 I helped my grandmother change her colostomy bag. I knew then helping others was a passion and providing care and education for my patients is rewarding knowing I made a difference in someone's life. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? Primary care should screen patients for major health related conditions and mental state. If chronic medical problems then primary can help manage and improve patients quality of life.
