She's listened to my concerns and helped me understand what my brain is doing - and without stigma, judgment, or gaslighting. I'm getting the care I need and feel like my voice, lived experience, and opinion matter. The app is easy to use, the virtual appointments are easy to join, and the ability to meet virtually has greatly benefited me (given my crazy work schedule). Telehealth and virtual care have changed my life in the best ways.
