physician never showed up. was told she was going to be slightly late for the appointment and I said no problem. waited almost 30 minutes and then was thrown out of the call. Expecting a full refund of my deductible and will follow up with the insurance co to make sure they were not billed.

Amanda was super helpful coming from a first time telehealth client! I didn't realize that I hadn't filled out my pre-appointment surveys and they were patient enough for me to complete them before continuing the appointment.
