I gave 2 because he at least made it sound not rehearsed but I researched the company and read over 100 reviews who said the exact thing that happened to me. But I thought maybe that was just them. He says because of past diagnoses, past is the key word, that have been resolved he said my case was too "complex" for him to help. The exact same words on the reviews. So this telehealth support is profiting off your initial visit, they don't really care about actually treating you long term. I have one active diagnosis which is the one I was being seen for. My skepticism was correct.
