I feel like I would have liked her to talk to me more about their practice and evaluation process... So I can know what to expect and what the evaluation consists of. There was no real information shared other than "schedule you out for testing". For something so personal, a little more depth, detail and compassion goes a long way. I waited so long to even talk about it and just found myself feeling uncomfortable.

I appreciated that Renee was very straightforward with process but her tone threw me off. I felt a lack of empathy for my struggle and found her tone a bit curt. She was quick with her questions and did not allow much time to think. It felt like I was being rushed and she was getting impatient with me.
