I am new to the virtual-health scene, and was even a little hesitant and skeptical. Due to scheduling conflicts Telehealth was necessary. Michelle was thourough, and compassionate to my situation, easily worked through my needs and concerns while also helping me to understand formalities without making me feel rushed, judged or remotely overwhelmed. actually, she was able to calm down my boarderline hysteria without making me feel embarrassed or belittled. highly recommend.
