• You will receive a payment link via an SMS text message from the company, The Sleep MD, who will be shipping your sleep device.
• Once you have paid for your sleep study device, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from a program called HSATPRO with a tracking number.
• You will also receive general information about your at-home sleep study device called the NightOwl, via an email from the NightOwl company, VitruOx.
• An activation code for your device will also be sent to you via an SMS text message between the time the sleep study device is ordered and delivered.
• Lastly, your sleep study device will arrive at your home from HSATPRO.
