Cancelling or Rescheduling
Possible without penalty until 4 hours before your appointment starts.
It’s not uncommon to schedule your appointment only to find that there is a conflict after a few days. In order to improve the healthcare experience for our patients, we’ve made it possible to reschedule or cancel you appointment within the app. Make sure to cancel or reschedule more than 4 hours before your appointment, or you will be charged a $50 no show fee.
How it works
Book an appointment with one of our 70+ qualified providers.
Download the app on Android or iOS and log in with the email you used to book your appointment. You will be prompted to create a password to secure your account.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, go to the ‘Appointments’ tab by tapping on the calendar icon in the bottom navigation bar.
To cancel your appointment, tap the cancel button. To reschedule (searches for appointment times for the same appointment type and provider), tap the reschedule button. For rescheduling, your original appointment will only be cancelled when the new appointment is booked.

Important note
As previously stated, if you show up to your appointment later than 10 minutes after it starts, you will be charged a $50 non-refundable no show fee. This fee also applies if you cancel your appointment within 4 hours of it starting.
