Tell us what makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider. I love helping people feel their best through empowerment and taking control of their healthcare. Seeing that moment when they feel better whether it’s emotional, physical or spiritual makes me so happy. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? The role of a primary care provider is to guide the patient on their health care journey. This is not a “one size fits all” and involves a team approach to healthcare. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I spend a lot of time at the beach. In my spare time I do ceramic arts making both functional and sculptural pieces. I also enjoy painting, drawing and cooking as well as spending time with my kids and grandkids
