To ensure a trusting relationship that allows the patient to disclose pertinent details regarding their physical and behavioral health needs. A PCP is integral in developing a care plan for the patient. This care plan helps the patient understand the process of their care and the goals they ought to be achieved. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I enjoy spending time with my children and wife. My children are involved in sports and I coach them as well. In my personal free time I play basketball and train our Goldendoodle!
