It's easy to get an appointment. It's nice to be able to not have to sit in an office waiting to be seen. My provider makes me feel like she actually remembers me and I'm not just another folder slapped on her desk. It's very nice. She also discusses treatment with me instead of just throwing pills at me and saying do this or do that. I feel involved and in charge of my own health.
