Not my normal provider - I scheduled with her because I could not get an appointment with my normal provider. She was patronizing, abrupt, and borderline rude from the moment I got on the video call. It was clear her entire purpose was to get off with me as quickly as possible. Her first sentence was telling me to park, taking over me as I explained I was at a traffic light and didn’t want to miss the appointment. I immediately parked. her next sentence was “I’m not your normal provider.” Her third sentence was “And I’m going to send you back to your normal provider.” She had no interest in listening to me or doing anything other than booking an appointment with someone else. It was unprofessional and insensitive. I would only give 1 star but she did book an appointment with my regular provider for 7:40 p.m. which I was not able to do. but it was for 7:40 p.m. and I have to fly out of the country Wednesday morning, all of which puts at risk my ability to get medication that I am out of and require daily. Truly a terrible experience.

Amazing Doc, values my thoughts and works incredibly hard to make sure my issues are tended to, and my needs met. I recommend her, 10-stars!

I enjoyed my appointment with Dr Roussel. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the situation at hand. He gave me some great advice and pointers on what I was concerned about. I will be taking the opportunity to putting my health first and my next visit with him.
