Seems like a nice guy, but isn’t knowledgeable enough about medication to be a good fit for me. I brushed off the first few errors, but started to get a little concerned when he thought that I take an SNRI to avoid opioid withdrawal. It also seems that he didn’t send my Rx’s to the right pharmacy/didn’t send them at all, and much of the appointment consisted of him struggling with the portal. Wish you all the best
