fuck u guys didnt help me when i couldnt complete the “ten minute” check in because your app is so buggy and wouldnt let me take a photo of my id. i called crying bc i dont have the money for the $50 late fee that wasnt my fault and no one was there. i jusy want mental health help i get too anxious for this

I had an appointment with him, which first of all i scheduled with a woman but instead it was him. I explained all my symptoms and he gave me bs diagnoses of acid reflux and thyroid issues when i have NONE of the symptoms of those things.
